Goals should be expected at Oakwell this week with both teams seeing plenty of high-scoring outcomes this year.

Barnsley come into Tuesday's EFL Cup clash in high spirits after a successful week their travel saw them eliminate Wigan Athletic via a dramatic penalty shootout in the League Cup before a 2:1 win at Lincoln on Saturday.

More recently, four of their last five matches since April saw both teams scoring, and a minimum of four goals scored. 

In this competition, Man Utd saw 11 of their last 13 away games finish with over 2.5 goals scored, including a 4:3 defeat at Salford last season. 

In the end, we should be confident of seeing at least three goals scored in a game where Manchester United Academy can also get on the scoresheet.
